Email Marketing Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and analytical freshers to join our Email Marketing team. The role involves both campaign strategy and hands-on execution, along with monitoring performance and optimizing campaigns to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns based on business objectives.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Adjust campaign strategies to improve engagement and revenue.

Work with different Email Service Providers (ESPs) to execute campaigns.

Monitor email deliverability and assist in troubleshooting campaign issues.

Ensure campaign quality, accuracy, and compliance with email marketing best practices.

Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign goals.

Requirements

Recent graduate with a strong interest in digital marketing and analytics.

Data Fluency

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including filters, pivot tables, and basic formulas.

Basic SQL Knowledge

Familiarity with SQL fundamentals.

Technical Troubleshooting

Strong logical reasoning and exposure to basic command-line utilities.

Network Fundamentals

Basic knowledge of networking concepts is an advantage.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Note: No prior email marketing experience is required. Training will be provided on email marketing tools, campaign execution, and deliverability fundamentals.
