Candidate Requirements
- Language Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu is mandatory. Basic understanding of English/Tamil for documentation.
- Education
- 12th Pass (HSC) or any Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
3 months with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome
- 3 to 2 years of prior experience in BPO, telecalling, telesales, or debt collection/telecollection is an added advantage
- Key Traits
- High resilience, strong negotiation abilities, active listening, and basic computer/CRM navigation skills.
