Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Telecaller – Inbound Sales. The candidate will handle incoming customer calls, understand their requirements, explain products or services, and convert enquiries into sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls and respond to enquiries.

Understand customer needs and explain relevant products or services.

Convert inbound enquiries into sales and achieve assigned targets.

Provide accurate information about pricing, features, and services.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper records.

Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.

Requirements

Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.

Hindi-speaking skills are mandatory.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.

Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Prior telecalling or sales experience is an added advantage.
