Site Supervisor

• Plant Operations: Supervise day-to-day operations of ETP, STP, WTP and RO plants to ensure smooth functioning.
• Equipment Monitoring: Monitor pumps, motors, blowers, filters, dosing systems ,membranes and other plant equipment.
• Water Quality Monitoring: Check water quality parameters such as pH, TDS, turbid it and other relevant parameters as per plant requirements.
• Chemical Dosing: Ensure proper chemical preparation, dosing and safe handling of treatment chemicals.
• Team Supervision: Allocate duties to operators and helpers, monitor attendance and ensure completion of assigned tasks.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, identify equipment issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements and applicable environmental standards.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain daily operation logs, water quality reports, chemical consumption records and equipment maintenance records.
• Troubleshooting: Identify operational issues, take corrective action and escalate major breakdowns to the concerned engineer or manager.
• Housekeeping: Ensure the plant area is clean, organized and maintained according to operational standards.
• Reporting: Submit daily plant performance reports, highlight abnormalities and update management on operational status.
• Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding plant performance, service requirements and operational concerns

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
