Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automation Anywhere Developer with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using Automation Anywhere.

Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

Build reusable, scalable, and efficient automation workflows.

Gather business requirements and prepare technical documentation.

Integrate automation solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, web applications, and Excel.

Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

Follow automation development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and developers to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills

4–7 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.

Strong expertise in Automation Anywhere, preferably Automation 360 (A360).

Experience in bot development, debugging, exception handling, and scheduling.

Knowledge of Excel automation and database operations.

Experience with REST APIs, SQL, web applications, and Windows-based applications.

Understanding of queues, credential management, reusable components, and bot deployment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with enterprise-scale RPA implementations.

Knowledge of Control Room administration and bot lifecycle management.

Experience with version control, production support, and automation documentation.

Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
