About the Role

You will visit farmers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and agricultural officers, listen to their experiences, and turn what you learn into real, honest stories. You will see what farming life is truly like: the hard work, the challenges, the clever ideas and the proud moments. No agriculture background is needed. If you are curious and passionate about rural life, the company will teach you what to ask, whom to meet and how to document it.

What You Will Do-

  • Meet farmers and listen to their journeys, successes and struggles.
  • Visit FPOs and see how they work and support their farmers.
  • Talk to agricultural officers and experts.
  • Travel to villages, farms and markets.
  • Capture stories through notes, photos and videos (always with the person's consent).
  • Spot great stories: inspiring farmers, new ideas and issues that matter on the ground.
  • Share findings with the team through simple field reports and summaries.
  • Build friendly, trusted relationships with the farming community.

What We Are Looking For -

  • Kannada speaking is a must. Reading and writing Kannada is a bonus.
  • Genuine interest in farmers, villages and rural life.
  • Friendly and curious, enjoys asking questions and listening carefully.
  • Comfortable travelling to villages and spending time in the field.
  • Basic comfort with a phone camera and simple tools like Google Docs or Sheets.
  • A good storytelling spirit. Polished writing can be learned on the job.
  • English is nice to have, but not required.

Who Can Apply-

Freshers are warmly welcome.

Experience in reporting, content creation or rural work is a plus, but not essential.

What You Will Get-

  • Training and guidance on agriculture basics, interviewing and documenting stories.
  • Hands-on learning from real people in real farms and villages.
  • A chance to give farmers a voice and see your stories make an impact.

  • Flexible schedule
