Admission Counsellor cum Office Assistant

Kuniya IAS Academy, part of Kuniya Group of Institutions, is looking for a motivated and responsible Admission Counsellor cum Office Assistant to assist prospective students with the admission process and handle routine administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage student enquiries and office responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.

• Handle incoming calls, student enquiries, and admission-related queries.

• Follow up with prospective students and maintain admission leads.

• Assist students with the application and admission process.

• Maintain student records, admission registers, and enquiry databases.

• Perform data entry, documentation, filing, and other office administrative tasks.

• Prepare and maintain reports using MS Office applications.

• Coordinate with the management and academic team to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Any degree from a recognised university.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English and Malayalam; knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and data entry.

• Good organisational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle calls, student enquiries, admission counselling, lead follow-ups, and routine office work.

Experience

• Prior experience in admission counselling or office administration is preferred.

• Candidates with a UPSC/Civil Services examination background will be preferred.

• Freshers with good communication and computer skills are encouraged to apply.
