Assistant Marketing Manager

Haridwar, Uttarakhand \| Head Office: Panchkula, Haryana

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve branch sales targets and payment collection targets.

• Maintain relationships with corporate clients through regular visits and meetings.

• Prepare sales plans, allocate targets to team members, and monitor performance.

• Generate new business through cold calling and customer follow-ups.

• Prepare quotations and follow up to convert enquiries into orders.

• Ensure timely customer recall for periodic calibration services.

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to fulfill requirements on time.

• Submit weekly plans and reports to the General Manager at Head Office.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Required Qualifications \& Experience

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in B2B sales.

• Experience in customer relationship management, quotation follow-ups, and payment collection.

• Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to travel for customer visits.
