Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Trainer \& Team Leader with BPO experience who possesses excellent communication, training, and team management skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of KPIs and KRAs, employee performance management, and the ability to train, motivate, and lead a team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions for new joiners and existing employees in a BPO environment.

Lead, manage, and motivate team members to achieve business targets.

Monitor team performance against defined KPIs and KRAs.

Track productivity, quality, attendance, and other performance metrics.

Provide regular feedback, coaching, and refresher training to improve performance.

Identify training needs and skill gaps and implement improvement plans.

Prepare training reports, performance dashboards, and other MIS reports as required.

Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.

Coordinate with management to improve team performance and operational efficiency.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the BPO industry in Trainer and Team Leader roles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good knowledge of KPIs, KRAs, quality metrics, and performance management.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team-handling skills.

Experience in conducting training sessions and managing team performance.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Salary \& Benefits

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
