About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage our company's social media presence, promote our real estate and construction services, and generate business leads through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Create engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, and promotional content.

Design attractive marketing creatives, posters, and advertisements for real estate properties and construction services.

Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Promote residential flats, plots, properties for sale, building plans, architectural designs, and construction services.

Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.

Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.

Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and lead generation.

Run and manage paid advertising campaigns, preferably through Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Coordinate with the sales and management teams to support business growth.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, digital marketing tools, and industry developments.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

Graduate in any discipline; a degree or certification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or Mass Communication will be an advantage.

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.

Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Experience in designing creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Basic video editing skills for reels and promotional videos.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of real estate, construction, architecture, or property marketing will be an added advantage.

Ability to create engaging content in Hindi and English.

Creative thinking, time management, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Candidate

A proactive and responsible professional with a strong interest in digital marketing.

Someone who can independently manage social media accounts from content planning to publishing and performance tracking.

A candidate who understands how to convert social media engagement into genuine business inquiries and sales leads.
