Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Assistant / Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day office activities, managing customer inquiries, promoting resort bookings, and providing administrative and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily office operations and administrative tasks.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Manage resort booking inquiries and assist customers with reservations.
• Follow up with potential customers to generate bookings and sales.
• Maintain customer records, booking details, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with the resort team to ensure smooth customer service.
• Assist with promotional activities and customer relationship management.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and handling phone calls.
• Good organisational and customer-handling skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Sales, hospitality, or customer service experience will be an advantage.
