Job Description

Indira Kunj Ruby Stone Hotel, Restaurant \& Banquet is looking for a professional, guest-focused, and responsible F\&B Captain to supervise daily restaurant and banquet service operations, lead service staff, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage service in the restaurant and banquet areas.
• Lead and coordinate service staff to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure professional service throughout their visit.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate and timely service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team regarding orders, special requests, and food preparation timings.
• Monitor table setup, cleanliness, restaurant presentation, and service standards.
• Supervise banquet setups and ensure events run smoothly.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.
• Maintain hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards.
• Assist with staff training, duty allocation, and inventory control when required.
• Support the restaurant manager in daily operations and service quality improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant or hotel F\&B service; experience as a Captain or Senior Steward is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good communication and guest-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant service standards, table setup, and banquet operations.
• Professional grooming, positive attitude, and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per operational requirements.
• Candidates living within 5–25 km of the property are preferred.

Salary \& Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000, depending on experience and suitability.
