Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, ensure excellent guest experiences, and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients and guests professionally.
• Handle guest inquiries, calls, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate site visits, meetings, and client appointments.
• Maintain client records and ensure timely communication.
• Address customer concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or real estate will be an advantage.
