FMCG CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

FMCG work experience is highly appriciated, key responsiblities as below

• Managing customer interactions, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Answering customer inquiries, providing information, and communicating with customers clearly and concisely. Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chat queries.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate customer records in excel day to day.
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff when required
• Prepare daily reports on customer interactions
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
