Direct Watts SET Pvt. Ltd. is a solar EPC company engaged in rooftop solar solutions, including on-grid and hybrid solar power systems. We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking ITI Electricians who are interested in building their careers in the renewable energy and solar power industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and related equipment at project sites
• Carry out DC and AC cabling, lugging, crimping, and termination work.
• Assist in testing and commissioning, including continuity, insulation resistance, and voltage checks
• Read and follow electrical drawings, single line diagrams, and site instructions
• Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar plants.
• Maintain tools and report material usage and daily work progress to the site supervisor
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members for timely completion of work
• Liaisoning \& Documentation Support

Eligibility and Qualifications

• ITI in Electrician trade (NCVT/SCVT certified)
• Diploma in Electrical is a plus, but not required

Experience

• Freshers: Welcome. Training will be provided on solar installation and site practices
• Experienced: 1 to 2 years in solar, electrical installation, or EPC projects preferred

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, cabling, and panel work
• Understanding of solar PV systems (preferred for experienced candidates)
• Ability to use hand tools, multimeter, megger, and crimping tools
• Willingness to work at heights and in outdoor conditions
• Willingness to travel and stay at project sites when required
• Basic Computer Knowledge.
