Your role

Start your career by connecting businesses with useful technology. You will make cold calls, arrange customer meetings, visit prospects, demonstrate products and follow up on enquiries to help turn interest into sales.

What you will do

• Research potential customers and make cold calls to introduce relevant products and services.

• Understand customer needs, qualify enquiries and book meetings with business owners or decision-makers.

• Visit customers and deliver clear product demos, linking features to their day-to-day problems.

• Follow up by phone, email and WhatsApp; coordinate quotations and next steps with the team.

• Keep lead records, meeting notes and follow-up dates organised in a CRM or spreadsheet.

• Share customer feedback with the product team and support sales closures without promising unconfirmed features.

What you will bring

• Freshers welcome; interest in sales, marketing and AI/software products.

• Clear Hindi and English communication, active listening and confidence speaking with new people.

• Comfort with cold calling, local customer visits and learning to present software demos.

• Basic computer, email and spreadsheet skills; reliable follow-through and a positive response to rejection.
