The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling prospective customers, Conversion of leads, explaining project details, coordinating site visits with the customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups to support the teams. Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers. Understanding customer requirements and explaining end to end requirements. Candidate Profile : 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate sector, Tele-calling/ Customer support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office. Strong follow-up, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities and self-motivated. Prior experience in Real Estate sector will be an added advantage.
