The candidate will be responsible for sourcing technical components, negotiating with suppliers, processing purchase orders, coordinating inventory requirements, tracking deliveries, and controlling procurement costs. Key ResponsibilitiesSource technical spare parts, equipment, and maintenance materials. Identify and manage vendors, OEMs, distributors, and local suppliers. Compare quotations and negotiate prices and delivery terms. Prepare purchase orders and follow up on pending deliveries. Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams for spare-parts requirements. Monitor inventory levels and critical spare-parts availability. Coordinate warranty claims, replacements, and supplier issues. Maintain procurement records and coordinate invoice verification. Support import logistics and documentation where required. Required SkillsTechnical Procurement Purchase Management Spare Parts Procurement Vendor Management Supplier Negotiation Purchase Order Processing Inventory Management MS Excel ERP / Inventory Software GST Documentation Import Procurement (preferred) Candidate Requirements3–7 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience. Engineering degree, relevant technical diploma, or commerce/business graduate with technical procurement experience. Experience in technical spares, machinery, equipment, maintenance, manufacturing, gaming, amusement, bowling, or hospitality procurement preferred.
