Sales Team Leader

About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Team Leader to manage and guide the real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing leads, handling clients, and ensuring successful sales closures. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets. Assign leads and monitor team members' daily sales activities. Generate business opportunities through lead follow-ups and client interactions. Handle client queries, negotiations, and property-related discussions. Coordinate and manage property site visits for potential customers. Support the team in converting leads into bookings and successful sales closures. Monitor individual and team performance and prepare regular sales reports. Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients. Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Provide regular sales updates and reports to senior management. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Good knowledge of the real estate market. Strong negotiation and sales closure skills. Lead management and customer relationship management. Target-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel. Candidate PreferencesGraduate in any discipline. 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales. Prior experience in team handling or a supervisory role preferred. Experience in residential property sales will be an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
