General Manager Operations

We are looking for an experienced General Manager with 20–25 years of experience in fabrication, preferably in SS/MS fabrication and industrial manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing production, planning, quality control, project execution, manpower management, and overall factory operations. Must have strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, sheet metal, drawings, material planning, and safety standards. The role involves managing department heads, optimizing productivity, controlling costs, ensuring timely delivery, coordinating with clients and vendors, and implementing process improvements.
