Sales & Marketing Executive

Requirements: 1.⁠ ⁠The candidate should possess a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sales of Medical Devices / Surgical Products / Pharma Products. 2.⁠ ⁠A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Science or Biomedical Engineering. 3.⁠ ⁠Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language is required. 4.⁠ ⁠The candidate must be willing to travel across the state to meet with doctors and hospital heads to promote/Sell Products and to provide Case Support. Desirable: Experience in the healthcare industry Preferably Medical Devices/Implants/Surgical/Pharma Products. Job Profile: 1.⁠ ⁠Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory 2.⁠ ⁠Establish and maintain relationships with Healthcare Professionals, Hospitals and Clinics 3.⁠ ⁠Present and demonstrate the company's medical device products to customers 4.⁠ ⁠Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets 5.⁠ ⁠Provide product training and support to customers 6.⁠ ⁠Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities 7.⁠ ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business objectives 8.⁠ ⁠Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts.
