Store Manager

Dakido is an established kids' garments retail business. Experience: 4–8 Years (Retail Experience Preferred) Key Responsibilities: Manage complete day-to-day retail store operations. Lead, supervise and motivate a team of 25–30 employees. Monitor daily sales targets and team performance. Manage inventory, stock availability and shrinkage control. Ensure excellent customer service and complaint resolution. Supervise billing, cash handling and daily sales reconciliation. Prepare daily and weekly MIS and performance reports. Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, training and discipline. Improve store productivity, sales and operational efficiency. Candidate Requirements: Retail Store Management Experience – Mandatory. Experience managing a team of 25–30 employees – Strongly Preferred. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of retail sales, inventory and store operations.
