Billing Executive

Job Summary New Kerala Restaurant is hiring detail-oriented Billing Staff to manage restaurant billing, customer payments, daily transactions, and purchase activities. Candidates capable of independently handling both billing and purchasing will be preferred. Key Responsibilities · Generate accurate bills for dine-in and takeaway orders using POS or billing software. · Handle cash, UPI, and card payments. · Maintain daily sales reports and reconcile payments. · Coordinate with service staff to ensure accurate billing. · Manage purchase requirements and coordinate with vendors. · Verify received goods, supplier invoices, and purchase records. · Monitor inventory and report low-stock items to management. Requirements · Basic computer knowledge and billing software proficiency. · Accuracy in calculations and financial transactions. · Good communication and organisational skills. · Knowledge of cash handling and payment reconciliation. · Purchase, vendor coordination, and inventory management experience preferred for the combined role. Salary Note: Candidates handling both billing and purchase independently may receive up to ₹28,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
