Job Description (JD)Sales Executive – PNB Loan Products Company: Punjab National Bank (PNB) Loan Sales Process Job Title: Loan executive Department: Banking & Financial Services Job Type: Full-Time Job OverviewWe are hiring dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executives for PNB loan products, including Home Loans, Vehicle Loans, and Education Loans . The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and an interest in sales and business development. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire customers for PNB Home Loans, Vehicle Loans, and Education Loans. Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers. Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers, dealers, builders, educational institutions, and other referral partners as applicable. Follow up with customers to collect documents and support the loan application process. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Coordinate with the bank and internal teams for application processing and customer updates. Salary & Benefits In-Hand Salary: ₹22,000 per month Petrol Allowance: As per company policy PF: Applicable as per policy Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives Candidate Requirements Qualification: Graduate preferred. Experience: Freshers with good sales skills and experienced candidates can apply. Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management. Willingness to travel for field sales and customer meetings. Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred for field sales roles. Job LocationAs per the assigned PNB sales location.
