F&B Associates - Fine dining

Job Summary

Kofteci Foodkrafts is looking for enthusiastic and guest-focused F&B Associates for its fine-dining restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements.

Present menus, explain dishes, and take food and beverage orders.

Serve food and beverages according to fine-dining standards.

Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely and accurate order delivery.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.

Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting.

Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.

Follow restaurant SOPs, grooming standards, and hygiene practices.

Promote menu items and support upselling to improve sales.

Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and courteous service.

Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in fine dining or premium restaurants.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of restaurant service standards and table etiquette.

Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a guest-first attitude.

Professional grooming and a positive attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
