Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Soldering Technician with hands-on experience in PCB soldering, electronic component assembly, and PCB rework. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of SMT/THT components, soldering techniques, and troubleshooting electronic circuit boards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform PCB soldering and desoldering of electronic components.

Handle SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and THT (Through-Hole Technology) component assembly.

Carry out PCB rework, repair, and replacement of electronic components.

Identify and troubleshoot soldering defects and PCB-related issues.

Inspect solder joints to ensure quality, accuracy, and reliability.

Read and understand electronic circuit diagrams and PCB layouts.

Use soldering irons, desoldering tools, and other electronic testing equipment.

Follow ESD safety procedures and maintain quality standards.

Skills Required

Hands-on experience in PCB and electronic component soldering.

Knowledge of SMT/THT assembly and soldering techniques.

Experience in PCB rework, repair, and troubleshooting.

Basic understanding of electronic components and circuit diagrams.

Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma / B.E. in EEE, ECE, EIE, or Mechatronics.

6 months to 6 years of relevant experience.

Candidates with practical PCB soldering and rework experience are preferred.
