Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our services, generate leads, and convert enquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on enquiries.

Explain company products and services clearly.

Generate and maintain customer leads.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel reports.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.

Required Skills

Hindi communication is Mandatory.

Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets).

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
