Domestic Voice Process Executive – Fresher / Experienced

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.

Communicate with customers professionally and politely.

Resolve customer queries or direct them to the appropriate team.

Maintain customer details and update call records when required.

Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
