Training Before Teaching

Selected candidates will undergo structured training in MEP systems and related software before handling classes.

Training includes

HVAC Systems

MEP Fundamentals

Basic Plumbing Concepts

Industry Software Applications

Practical Design Concepts

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training sessions for Engineering students.

Teach HVAC and basic MEP concepts.

Prepare training materials, presentations, and assignments.

Support students in practical learning and project work.

Guide students in developing technical and employability skills.

Handle student queries and provide academic support.

Assist in classroom coordination and related academic activities.

Participate in technical workshops, seminars, and training programs.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Good understanding of core Mechanical Engineering subjects.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Willingness to learn MEP design concepts and software tools.

Positive attitude and eagerness to grow professionally.
