About this job
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing,and dispatch
- Ensure strict adherence to dispatch SLAs across all e-commerce channels (website, marketplaces,B2C)
- Manage integration and daily workflows within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)and ERP software
- Optimize storage layout utilization, packaging costs, and control over operational and dispatchexpenses.
- Analyze sales trends, seasonality, and promotional campaigns to forecast inventoryrequirements.
- Conduct regular stock audits, physical counts, and cycle counts
- Establish and enforce strict incoming QC guidelines for Incoming and outgoing order inspections
- Investigate customer delivery complaints (wrong item shipped, damaged products, missingitems)
- Corrective actions to minimize return rates and reduce order processing errors
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse support, packers, pickers, and helper teams
- Define KPIs for staff and evaluate individual and team performance regularly
- Coordinate with suppliers and inbound logistics for scheduled shipments and delivery tracking
