Role Description

Design HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, equipment layouts, and ventilation systems.

Prepare AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project estimates.

Perform heat load calculations, ventilation analysis, and equipment selection.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals and tender documents.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, project managers, and site teams.

Provide technical support for HVAC sales, client meetings, and consultancy.

Conduct site visits and assist with project execution when required.

Stay updated with HVAC standards, codes, technologies, and energy-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

Technical skills in HVAC system design, including knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust systems; ability to perform load calculations and select appropriate equipment.

Experience in preventive maintenance planning and troubleshooting for HVAC installations to ensure system reliability and performance.

Basic understanding of plumbing systems as they relate to HVAC projects, including coordination of piping layouts and related services.

Strong customer service skills to communicate with clients, understand requirements, and provide clear technical explanations and support.

0–2 years of experience in HVAC design and estimation, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.

Proficiency in CAD or HVAC design software and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.

Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and willingness to continuously learn new technologies and industry practices.
