About the Role

We're hiring a business development manager to engage with pre-qualified leads generated by our marketing team and convert them into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with interested prospects and understand their requirements

Explain training programmes and resolve customer queries

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Follow up with leads and drive conversions

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong persuasion and customer handling abilities
