You will work closely with the founding team and have a direct impact on reliability, performance, and the pace of product development.

What You'll Do

Design and implement scalable backend systems and APIs that support core product workflows.

Partner with founders and cross-functional teams to identify platform bottlenecks and deliver improvements.

Maintain and optimize infrastructure, databases, and deployment pipelines.

Contribute to architectural decisions that guide the platform's long-term direction.

Investigate production issues and improve monitoring and observability.

Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code, containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD systems.

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of experience as a Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Backend Engineer building or maintaining production infrastructure, deployment systems, or core platform services.

Experience shipping or maintaining production systems at scale and resolving incidents or outages.

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization and orchestration technologies.

Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Experience building or improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Strong backend language fundamentals in Python, Go, Node.js, Java, or a similar language, plus experience with databases and APIs.

Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools, as well as message queues or event streaming systems.

Comfort working in an early-stage environment with changing priorities and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
