As an Analytics and Modeling Lead, a typical day involves spearheading initiatives to collect and interpret diverse data sets related to clients and markets. The position demands continuous interaction with various stakeholders to ensure that analytical outcomes align with organizational goals, fostering an environment where data-driven decision-making thrives. The lead also coordinates efforts to refine analytical approaches and enhance the overall quality of insights delivered to the business.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Drive the development and implementation of innovative analytical models to address complex business challenges.
• Mentor and support junior team members to build their analytical capabilities and foster professional growth.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Qlik Sense.
• Strong expertise in data modeling and visualization techniques to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in designing and optimizing dashboards and reports to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Ability to work with large and varied data sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the analytical process.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate analytical solutions within broader business frameworks.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues to maintain seamless analytical operations.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Qlik Sense.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
