Customer Relationship Manager

Position: Customer Relationship Manger Location: Near Shivaji Park Metro Station, Opp. Metro Pillar No. 149 Experience: 3-4 years Employment Type: Full Time Key Responsibility :- Coordinate with clients for pending payments, outstanding balances, and timely sharing of ledgers. Follow up with customers regularly for payment collection and recovery. Good Follow Up Skill Coordinate with the collection team and maintain proper payment records. Candidate Requirement :- Female Candidate Preferred Good Communication Skills ( Confident and Polite Speking ) Basic knowldge of Sales, Purchase, Debtors, Payment collection & Dispatch Making sure all the requirements of the clients after placing orders are met.
