Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls. Assist customers with their queries, requests, and concerns. Provide accurate information and effective solutions. Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction. Communicate professionally with international customers. Achieve assigned quality, productivity, and performance targets. Maintain proper documentation and update customer records. Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and experienced candidates can apply. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Good listening and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Comfortable working in a fast-paced BPO environment. Immediate joiners preferred.
