Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test and maintain secure, scalable PHP applications and RESTful APIs. Write clean, reusable and maintainable object-oriented code. Work with PHP frameworks such as Laravel / Symfony. Develop database queries and integrations using MySQL / PostgreSQL. Participate in code reviews, automated testing and production support. Troubleshoot issues and improve application performance and security. Collaborate with frontend, QA, Product and DevOps teams. Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor. Required Technical SkillsPHP development experience according to the respective experience level. Strong knowledge of PHP, OOP, Design Patterns and Dependency Management. Hands-on experience with Laravel / Symfony or comparable frameworks. Strong SQL and database knowledge (MySQL / PostgreSQL). Experience with REST APIs, Git and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of automated testing, application security and performance optimization. Familiarity with modern frontend technologies; Svelte is an advantage . Experience with AI-assisted tools such as Cursor. Interview & Selection Process 4–5 Rounds of Selection: Written Technical Assessment: Minimum 70% score required to qualify for further rounds.
