The candidate should have good knowledge of Chinese cuisine, food preparation, and kitchen equipment handling. 🎯 Job Details: Age: 20–45 Years Gender: Male Education: 10th Pass or Below English: Basic English Experience: Minimum 3 Years Shift: Day Shift (Full-Time) 🛠️ Skills Required: Chinese Cuisine & Food Preparation Chopping & Ingredient Preparation Kitchen Equipment & Appliance Operations Deep-Frying Techniques Food Hygiene & Safety Kitchen Management Fast Food Cuisine 📌 Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook Chinese dishes as per the menu and recipes. Handle chopping, cutting, and other food preparation activities. Operate kitchen appliances and equipment safely. Manage frying, cooking, and food presentation. Maintain food quality, taste, and consistency. Follow proper food hygiene and kitchen safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth operations. Ideal Candidate Profile: Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in Chinese cuisine . Experience working as a Commis 1 Chef will be preferred. Must have good knowledge of Chinese food preparation and cooking techniques. Should be able to work efficiently in a professional kitchen. 💰 Salary & Incentives: Fixed Salary: ₹24,000–₹28,000 per month (as per skills and experience).
