Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with patients, hospitals, and insurance companies. Process and manage cashless insurance claims. Verify medical bills and insurance documents. Follow up for claim approvals and settlements. Ensure accurate documentation and timely claim processing. Skills Required: Knowledge of TPA operations, health insurance claims, cashless processes, and good communication skills. Experience: Candidates with relevant TPA/health insurance experience preferred.
