Job Title: Spoken English Trainer Company: Unique Educon Pvt. Ltd. Location: Narayanpet, Telangana Job Type: Full-Time | On-site Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000 per month Experience Required: Minimum 1 year Job Overview Unique Educon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a fluent and confident English-speaking trainer to help school students improve their spoken English, communication skills, grammar, pronunciation, and overall confidence. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct interactive spoken English and communication skills classes for school students. Deliver engaging lessons based on students' learning levels. Improve students' English fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and sentence formation. Encourage students to participate in conversations, public speaking, and classroom activities. Use creative teaching methods and digital tools to make learning effective. Maintain classroom discipline, student attendance, and progress records. Conduct assessments and provide feedback on students' improvement. Coordinate with school teachers and the Unique Educon team. Required Qualifications & SkillsGraduate or postgraduate; English or English Literature preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in English teaching, spoken English training, or communication skills training. Excellent spoken English fluency and pronunciation. Strong command of English grammar and vocabulary. Ability to explain English concepts clearly and confidently. Good classroom management and student engagement skills. Comfortable using digital tools for teaching. Passion for teaching and improving students' communication skills. Important RequirementsCandidates must be able to conduct classes confidently in English. Shortlisted candidates must complete an English communication assessment and a teaching demonstration.
