Manage WhatsApp Business and respond to customer inquiries. Share product details, images, catalogues, and quotations with potential customers. Handle customer follow-ups through WhatsApp and phone calls. Generate leads and assist in converting inquiries into sales. Maintain customer records and provide daily work updates. Support online marketing campaigns and other digital marketing activities. Required Skills: Basic knowledge of social media management and SEO. Good WhatsApp handling and customer communication skills. Basic sales, lead generation, and follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from home. Salary & Benefits: Fixed monthly salary: ₹7,000–₹12,000, depending on skills and experience.
