Retail Sales Associate

Job Description & Responsibilities: Welcome customers and explain WOW Nandi products, features, usage and offers. Drive retail sales and achieve assigned sales targets. Demonstrate products and convert customer enquiries into sales. Handle billing, cash, UPI and POS payments accurately. Maintain product displays, stock availability and outlet hygiene. Submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate transaction records. Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service. Follow assigned duty timings, company policies and operational SOPs. Requirements: HSC / 12th pass preferred. Retail sales or counter sales experience preferred. Gujarati and Hindi communication skills. Good communication, customer handling and sales skills. Honest, punctual and target-oriented.
