Position : Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor Location : Electronic City in Bangalore Education : Any graduate or Diploma Experience : 2 to 3 Years Job Responsibilities : Responsible for supervising and supporting Stewarding and kitchen operations , ensuring efficient cleaning, hygiene, chemical and water-level standards, and proper maintenance of dishwashing and cleaning equipment. The role also supports banquets, buffets, cooks, and kitchen staff , maintains adequate stock, and ensures items are properly stored. In addition, the position involves team supervision, training, scheduling, performance management, safety compliance, guest service, and maintaining quality and professional standards .
