ABOUT THE ROLE Richa Ma’am is launching daily vlogs and content that show her day and the real weight-loss journeys of IWLD students, both at the Goa hostel and online through Zoom classes. This role is the Content Creator & Host: the main on-camera host alongside Ma’am, who also comes up with the ideas, presents student interviews, podcast segments and lives, and creates reels for IWLD’s channels. The Goa hostel and IWLD office have huge content potential: students, cooks, housekeeping staff, drivers, team members, podcast guests, Richa Ma’am’s shoots, kitchens and daily office activity happen every day. The Content Creator & Host finds these moments, presents them on camera and turns them into relatable, emotional and viral content for Instagram, YouTube and other platforms. The role needs a fun, outspoken, Gen Z personality who can hold the camera’s attention: goes everywhere with Ma’am, explores new places, starts conversations, interviews people and adds entertainment to every piece of content. The goal is natural, fun on-camera chemistry with Ma’am that makes viewers look forward to every episode. You own the content end to end: the idea, hosting and shooting it, getting it edited (yourself or by briefing an editor), and posting it on time. If any content is late, it is this seat’s responsibility. 3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A. On-Camera Hosting with Richa Ma’am You are the host and on-camera face alongside Richa Ma’am every day. You must: • Be with Richa Ma’am through her day: home, office, hostel, shoots and travel, and appear on camera as her co-host. • Host the daily vlog: open and close each episode, introduce the day, the places and the people, and keep the story moving. • Start natural, entertaining conversations with Ma’am, including playful banter, while keeping Ma’am comfortable and at the centre. • Carry the content and keep talking to camera when Ma’am is busy or not able to talk. • Bring new ideas, formats and experiences to Ma’am instead of waiting for her or the team to plan every moment. • Encourage Ma’am to try new activities and to shoot confidently in public places. B. Hosting Interviews, Podcasts, Lives and Events • Host student interviews and transformation stories: weigh-in reactions, before-after conversations and journey check-ins. • Convince hesitant students to come on camera with warmth, make them comfortable and get them talking. • Anchor or co-host IWLD podcast segments: introduce guests, lead warm-ups and capture behind-the-scenes conversations. • Host Instagram and YouTube lives, Q&As, celebrations, campus tours, challenges and IWLD events. • Do street interviews and vox pops in public places on food, diet and weight-loss topics. • Prepare before every hosted segment: know the student or guest, the key points and the questions to ask. C. Content Ideation, Scripting and Planning • Bring fresh content ideas every day: reels, trends, challenges, mini-series, food myths, hostel stories and Q&A formats. • Track trending audios, formats and creators, and adapt them to IWLD’s message and teachings. • Write hooks, short scripts and talking points for hosted pieces; share inputs for titles and captions with the Content Writer. • Plan a weekly content calendar with the Production Head and stick to it. • Pitch and run recurring series (for example, A Day at the Hostel, What We Eat in a Day, Student of the Week). D. Daily Hostel and Campus Content • Capture and present daily routines of weight-loss students at the Goa hostel: morning weigh-ins, meals, water intake, Zoom classes, discipline and activities. • Capture emotional moments, struggles, motivation, cravings, confidence changes and achievements. • Cover student bonding, fun activities, celebrations and transformation milestones. • Cover the full IWLD Goa campus: student and team kitchens, cooks preparing IWLD meals, housekeeping and support staff, drivers and logistics, office team, production shoots and podcast guest visits. • Show students’ real weight-loss journey and the complete IWLD Goa ecosystem in a natural, relatable and engaging way. E. Capture High Moments, Any Time This is not a fixed-time desk job. You need a strong content-alert mindset and must be ready to capture or host important moments any time. Examples of high moments: • Student reaction after weight loss • Student refusing junk food or following discipline • Funny hostel moments and emotional conversations • Students preparing for podcast or reels • Richa Ma’am motivating students or
