EV Vehicle Sales Executive

Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom. Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget. Explain vehicle models, variants, features, specifications, pricing, offers, and finance options. Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives for prospective customers. Generate new leads through showroom enquiries, referrals, follow-ups, and other sales channels. Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers. Convert enquiries and leads into vehicle bookings and sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and sales in the CRM/DMS. Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, registration, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Assist customers throughout the sales process, from enquiry to vehicle delivery. Maintain excellent customer relationships and encourage referrals. Stay updated on new vehicle launches, product features, competitor models, pricing, and market trends. Ensure the showroom and displayed vehicles are maintained according to dealership standards. Participate in promotional activities, events, campaigns, and local marketing initiatives. Key SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
