Role Overview

As a Talent Coordinator / Business Development Executive Intern, you will work closely with the Founder to support talent sourcing, relationship management, business development, and early-stage operational activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, exploring creative opportunities, building professional networks, and learning how a media and entertainment venture develops from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing

Identify and connect with aspiring models, actors, influencers, content creators, and other creative professionals.

Relationship Management

Maintain communication with talent, prospective clients, business partners, and other stakeholders.

Business Development

Assist in identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting outreach, and developing business opportunities.

Client Communication

Support follow-ups, introductory calls, service enquiries, and relationship-building activities.

Social Media Outreach

Use social media platforms to discover talent, expand Glamaxia’s network, and support brand visibility.

Talent Coordination

Assist with onboarding, profile collection, portfolio coordination, scheduling, and maintaining talent records.

Marketing & Promotion

Participate in promotional initiatives, networking activities, and campaigns related to Glamaxia’s planned services.

Founder’s Office Exposure: Gain practical exposure to early-stage business development, creative industry operations, and startup building.

Who Should Apply?

Some experience in customer relationship management, sales, telesales, telecalling, or business development. Freshers with strong communication and networking skills are also welcome.

An undergraduate background in BBA, Mass Communication, Media Science, Media Studies, or a related discipline.

A genuine interest in the media, entertainment, modeling, advertising, and creative industries.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Confidence in communicating with people over calls, messages, and social media.

A proactive, organized, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Additional advantage

Prior experience in modeling, acting, influencer marketing, or creative content creation.

An active social media presence with meaningful followers, audience engagement, and networking reach.

Experience creating Reels, short-form videos, promotional content, or personal-brand content.

Existing connections within modeling, fashion, entertainment, or creator communities.
