Flange & Pipe Fittings Manufacturing Expert - Plant Setup (10+ Years)

M/s Pooja Enterprises (structural steel fabrication & supply, Ankurhati, Howrah - near Kolkata) is setting up a new flange and pipe fittings manufacturing line. We are looking for a hands-on technical expert who has actually manufactured flanges and pipe fittings for 10+ years and can guide us through the complete plant setup.

Candidates from anywhere in India are welcome to apply. Must be willing to work at our Ankurhati, Howrah factory.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the complete setup of a flange and pipe fittings manufacturing unit: process flow, factory layout, machinery selection and sizing, tooling, fixtures and manpower
• Recommend all machinery required (e.g. CNC/VTL lathes, drilling machines, plate/profile cutting, rolling and bending, press, welding, testing equipment) with specifications and approximate capacities
• Hands-on production of all types of flanges (weld neck, slip-on, blind, plate, puddle flanges etc.) and pipe fittings (elbows, tees, reducers, bends etc.)
• Manufacturing of dismantling joints, flanged adaptors, puddle pipes and similar water-line products; knowledge of valves is a plus
• Prepare manufacturing drawings, process sheets, cutting/machining plans and raw material requirements
• Quality: dimensional checks to standards (IS / ASME B16.5 / BS EN 1092 / AWWA), drilling patterns, welding and pressure/hydro testing
• Train and lead machine operators, welders and helpers; set production targets and quality checks
• Help with costing: raw material, machining time and labour per piece

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing flanges and pipe fittings
• Must have worked with a well-known flange / pipe fittings / valve / dismantling joint manufacturer
• Technically very strong: drawings, standards, machining, welding and testing
• Experience in setting up or expanding a production line is strongly preferred
• Languages: Hindi, Bengali or English

Salary

Rs 20,000 - Rs 40,000 per month (based on experience and capability)

हिंदी: फ्लैंज और पाइप फिटिंग्स (पडल फ्लैंज, डिस्मैंटलिंग जॉइंट, वाल्व आदि) बनाने में कम से कम 10 साल का हैंड्स-ऑन अनुभव चाहिए। नई फैक्ट्री का पूरा सेटअप, सभी मशीनें और तकनीकी मार्गदर्शन दे सके। किसी नामी कंपनी में काम किया हो। सैलरी ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 प्रति माह। पूरे भारत से आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

বাংলা: ফ্ল্যাঞ্জ ও পাইপ ফিটিংস (পাডল ফ্ল্যাঞ্জ, ডিসম্যান্টলিং জয়েন্ট, ভালভ ইত্যাদি) তৈরিতে কমপক্ষে ১০ বছরের হাতে-কলমে অভিজ্ঞতা প্রয়োজন। নতুন কারখানার সম্পূর্ণ সেটআপ, সব মেশিন ও কারিগরি গাইডেন্স দিতে পারবেন। নামী কোম্পানিতে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। বেতন ₹২০,০০০ - ₹৪০,০০০ প্রতি মাস। সারা ভারত থেকে আবেদন করা যাবে।
