Key Responsibilities-

Prepare and present Continental dishes as per recipe standards.

Handle mise-en-place and section preparation efficiently.

Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.

Assist in menu development and seasonal specials.

Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI standards.

Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages.

Reduce wastage and follow food cost control practices.

Coordinate with service staff for smooth order execution.

Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine.

Experience in grills, sauces, pasta, steaks, burgers, and platters.

Understanding of kitchen SOPs and hygiene practices.

Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.

Good team coordination and communication skills.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
