Job Responsibilities

Assemble RO water plant machines as per technical drawings and instructions.

Install RO membranes, filters, pumps, motors, and storage tanks.

Perform piping, plumbing, fitting, and water line connections.

Handle basic electrical wiring for motors, sensors, and control panels.

Install ozone systems and other water treatment components.

Check water leakage and ensure proper machine fitting.

Test water flow rate (LPH), pressure, and TDS levels.

Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues.

Perform machine trials and quality checks before dispatch.

Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace safety standards.

Required Skills & Tools

. Hands-on experience in RO plant assembly and installation.

. Knowledge of pumps, motors, membranes, filters, and piping.

. Basic electrical wiring and troubleshooting skills.

. Ability to use spanners, wrenches, screwdrivers, and pipe cutters.

. Knowledge of multimeters, pressure gauges, and TDS meters.

. Ability to read basic technical drawings and follow instructions.

. Experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred.

. Industry preference: Water Treatment, RO Plants, and Water Bottling.

. Candidates with industrial machinery assembly experience may also apply.

. Practical knowledge, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
