Job Summary
Bapat Multispeciality Hospital is looking for a responsible, dedicated, and patient-focused Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide medical care, monitor patients, and assist in the smooth functioning of hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine patients, assess their medical conditions, and provide appropriate initial treatment.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall clinical condition.
- Attend emergency cases and provide immediate medical assistance.
- Conduct regular patient rounds and maintain accurate medical records.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other hospital departments.
- Monitor admitted patients and report any changes in their condition to the concerned consultant.
- Ensure proper documentation of case papers, treatment notes, and discharge summaries.
- Assist in emergency management, admissions, and patient transfers.
- Follow hospital protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety guidelines.
- Ensure timely communication and proper handover of patients between shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: MBBS / BAMS / BHMS or another eligible medical qualification, as accepted under applicable regulations and hospital requirements.
- Registration: Valid registration with the relevant State Medical Council or appropriate regulatory body, as applicable to the qualification and duties.
- Good clinical knowledge and patient management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to handle emergency situations responsibly.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to eligibility.

- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
- Duty: As per hospital roster and shift requirements.
- Salary: Negotiable, based on qualification, experience, and interview.
